The Harmony is an extended
version of the Opus, and offers dual pot
operation with up to 3 independent nozzles
in each pot, for a full range of
6 independent nozzles. Each nozzle is
complete with a servo pump motor and heated
nitrogen diffuser. The board handler is an
edge-conveyor mounted to the robot,
expanding between 4"-24" (optional at 24" x
24") under program control.
Theta-rotation
is standard and tilt-axis is optional,
providing superior access to difficult to
reach terminations. The tilt axis also
emulates the inclined angle of a wave solder
machine to drain the solder from fine-pitch
terminations to minimize solder bridges.
Automated wave height control and full fiducial vision with auto correct and defect
detection is available. Like all RPS
systems, the Harmony comes standard with
independently heated nitrogen, Gaussian
solder technology, and offline programming
software. |
