Flux Options:
All systems come standard with spray flux nozzle
capability.
High precision drop jet flux or ultrasonic flux
nozzles are available as optional additions (for
reduced residue or high organic content
processing, respectively). Dual nozzle
configurations are also available for program
controlled flexibility. |

Lead & Lead-Free
Compatible / Second Solder Pot:
All systems are lead-free compatible and 2nd
pots are available for rapid pot change over to
a new alloy. |

nozzles for customer¹s unique processing needs. |

Conventional Wave Nozzles:
All RPS systems can accommodate conventional 4-8
inch wave nozzles to enable traditional wave
processing performance as needed. The nozzles
are delivered with integrated pump, nitrogen
pre-heat, shroud and diffuser to enable rapid
changeover and optimal performance. |

Pre Heat:
The Rhythm comes with an option integrated
pre-heat station. The Opus, Harmony and SS100
can accommodate stand-alone inline pre-heaters.
All pre-heaters use IR heat. Convection heating
is an available option. |

Fiducial Vision:
Available in Opus, Harmony and Rhythm EX,
fiducial vision enables automatic detection of
correct PCB position, automatic correction, and
solder defect inspection. For the Rhythm and the
Rhythm EX, a pass/no-pass version of fiducial
vision is available. |

Nitrogen Generators:
RPS has a partnership with domnick hunter and
can sell, supply and install nitrogen generator
systems configured precisely for a customer's
selective soldering needs. |
