The Anthem Lead Tinning System is a production volume lead tinning system for electronic component tinning and re-tinning applications. The Anthem is a mid-range system, capable of production volume processing, but efficiently priced and sized.

The Anthem can be configured with 4 possible stations, including a 35-lb solder pot for scavenge, a flux station, a preheat station and a dynamic solder pot for high precision tinning application. Optional rotation is available to handle QFPs and other multi-sided components. All solder pots are lead-free ready and come with a lifetime warranty.

Standard features include 2 independent 35-lb solder pot stations, a flux station, direct drive ball screw motion for precision (± .0005") control of X and Z axes, and an automatic solder pot dross wiper.

All RPS Systems are made in the USA and feature a full one year warranty and lifetime solder pot warranty.
